You will lead the architectural design and delivery of enterprise-level ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and external systems to maintain data integrity.
• Translate business requirements from IT, Finance, and Procurement into technical specifications.
• Automate hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
• Conduct technical design reviews and mentor developers on scalable solution patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB data model and its integration with asset management.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow HAM Pro module.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph Connectors.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integration methods.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
