Description

You will lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) and IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. This role combines deep technical execution with team leadership, managing both onshore and offshore delivery resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow product roadmap and delivery, aligning technical solutions with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead architecture and implementation for HAM Pro and SAM Pro, including lifecycle workflows, compliance controls, and CMDB/CSDM data modeling.
• Drive integration architecture with third-party tools (Flexera, cloud platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Champion AI-driven enhancements (Predictive Intelligence, AI Search) and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and manage global teams, enforce coding standards, DevOps practices (ATF, CI/CD), and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 5+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in ITAM (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), ITSM, IRM, and Vulnerability Response.
• Hands-on development skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python, with familiarity in SQL Server and backend development.
• Proven ability to design complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, relationships, and secure design principles for cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Experience with ServiceNow AI features, including Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
