Description

You will manage hardware and ITSM assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and ITSM Asset Management workflows.
• Build and maintain automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Execute and manage ServiceNow integrations.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to support IT infrastructure.
• Communicate technical asset requirements clearly in written and spoken English.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in asset management roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and Enterprise Service Management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
