Description

Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow HR solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect HR business processes using out-of-the-box capabilities and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow HR product module.
• Provide technical leadership and consultative guidance to business analysts and development teams.
• Define and support the execution of technical governance processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as the SME for HRSD regression and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of proven ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow products including HRSD, ITSM, PSM, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, and ATF.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with API integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow product owner.
• Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
