Description

You will administer and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow applications to align with organizational HR processes.
• Implement the Human Resources application and set up necessary HR data.
• Design and implement HR Shared Services Centers.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and Web services.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD administration and support.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (client and server side).
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules and HR Service Management.
• Experience implementing integrations, specifically with Success Factors.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and ServiceNow HRSD development.
• Demonstrated competence in HR functional areas, including employee relations and change management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, and HR Hub.
• Mandatory certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Knowledge Management and Case Management best practices.
