Description

You will own the technical solution and implementation for ServiceNow HRSD projects from initiation to close.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and architectures aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow HRSD best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Oversee developer output to ensure quality, delivery, and adherence to technical design standards.
• Execute hands-on development for complex stories that cannot be delegated.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to monitor scope and resolve critical path technical challenges.
• Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on design standards.
• Assist sales pursuit teams with scoping service engagements and complex integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting experience leading the delivery of HRSD solutions in client environments.
• Expert proficiency in the HRSD product line, including current CIS and Suite certifications (Pro & Enterprise).
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting including JS, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
• Knowledge of call center technologies such as IVRs, collaboration tools, and chatbots.
• Experience implementing SDLC processes across Waterfall, Iterative, SAFe, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical strategies and vice versa.
