Description

You will design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery space.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions addressing HR processes, case management, and knowledge management.
• Develop and implement integrations using REST/SOAP and Glide API within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and script ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript to meet specific business requirements.
• Apply ITIL 4 best practices to service delivery design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Experience with REST/SOAP and Glide API integrations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer in ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
