Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, focusing on case management, knowledge management, and process automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to address complex HR processes.
• Develop and implement integrations using REST/SOAP and Glide API.
• Customize and script platform functionality using JavaScript to meet business requirements.
• Apply ITIL 4 best practices to service delivery design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and Glide API integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer in ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
