Description

This role owns the technical delivery and architectural design of ServiceNow HRSD implementations, managing global and offshore teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery from global and offshore teams, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
• Gather business and application service details from clients to analyze current instance status.
• Define technical solutions at the architectural level, aligning with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices and the CSDM model.
• Translate customer requirements and current configurations into defined solutions communicated to clients.
• Manage complex deployments, integrations, orchestration, and merging of multiple instances.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focused on ITSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM modules.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including HRSD, WSD (Workplace Service Delivery), and Source to Pay.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly.
• Experience implementing ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in custom module implementations and workflow administration.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Project management experience.
