Act as a technical analyst specializing in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, translating HR requirements into actionable user stories and integrating HRSD with external systems like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Document HR requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Integrate HRSD with external systems including Workday.
• Advise on HR processes and system workflows.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Direct exposure to HR processes and enterprise HR systems.
• Proven experience integrating HRSD with Workday or similar platforms.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirement documentation.
• Professional consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills.
