Description

You will lead functional delivery for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations, owning client workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client HRSD workshops to define project scope and requirements.
• Demonstrate HRSD product modules, including HR Services, Topic categories, and EC-Pro portal.
• Capture HRIS business requirements and translate them into actionable Scrum stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and build HR stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst and Developer.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 full HRSD projects.
• Direct experience driving client workshops.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• ServiceNow HRSD implementation expertise.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to articulate technical HRIS requirements.
