Description

You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, focusing on Employee Center and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Employee Center UI, navigation, and access controls.
• Build and manage workflow automation, catalog items, and case management processes.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Provide Unit/SIT support, resolve defects, and manage deployments.
• Create documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration and development.
• Experience with Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation).
• Proficiency in REST/API and IntegrationHub integration development.
• Proven track record of integrating HRSD with external systems.
• Ability to manage deployments and fix defects in production environments.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) integrations.
