Description

You will lead the implementation and solutioning of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed implementation plans, high-level architecture, and key milestones for HRSD deployment.
• Design and configure Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities.
• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive requirements gathering and sprint design sessions with functional and technical stakeholders.
• Mitigate technical debt and requirement gaps by leveraging existing HRSD experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform development experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology.
• Experience creating ServiceNow Logic, Scripts, and HR Case Record Producers.
• Proficiency with Virtual Agent Conversations and Portal Widgets.
• Hands-on experience with REST Integrations and Flow Designer Flows.
• Technical knowledge of Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, and Employee Relations.
• Expertise in Lifecycle events including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ability to configure Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
