Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, from discovery through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architectures and user journeys for the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, establishing key milestones and validating user journeys.
• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities for HRSD applications.
• Create user stories and oversee scripting and security best practices.
• Advise business and technical teams on ServiceNow best practices and drive enhancements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform development experience.
• 3+ years successfully implementing ServiceNow HRSD processes.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Logic, Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, and Virtual Agent Conversations.
• Experience building Portal Widgets, REST Integrations, and Flow Designer Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, and Employee Relations modules.
• Ability to configure Lifecycle events, Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of HR experience plus 3+ years in HR Technology.
