Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build HR workflows using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and Active Directory/Azure AD using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Customize Employee Center and Service Portal widgets, pages, and layouts to enable self-service.
• Implement knowledge management and Virtual Agent solutions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5-7 years of ServiceNow HRSD Development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Deep knowledge of HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes and HR operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with SuccessFactors, Workday, or Active Directory/Azure AD.
