Description

You will implement, customize, and administer ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules to improve service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Administer and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Design and optimize workflows to automate business processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow modules to improve user experiences across IT, HR, and asset management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proficiency in managing and implementing CMDB.
• Deep understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Experience in workflow design and process automation.
• Ability to integrate various ServiceNow modules.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
