Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions covering HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Configure and customize HRSD applications, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, catalog items, record producers, and approvals.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems like S4, SuccessFactors, SAP, and AD.
• Manage data migration, transformation maps, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs while ensuring data security.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center/Service Portal.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Development principles.
• Understanding of HR processes such as Onboarding and Offboarding.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
