You will develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
Responsibilities
Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, HR catalog items, and workflows.
Develop flows and subflows using Flow Designer, implement notifications, approval workflows, event triggers, and manage SLA definitions.
Integrate HRSD with external systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT, product owners, and Scrum teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Configure dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics to monitor platform adoption.
Required Skills
3-7+ Years of ServiceNow development experience.
1–2 Years focused on HRSD module implementation (CSA, CIS-HRSD and CAD certifications).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Proficiency in utilizing REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
Familiarity with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to create custom widgets, portals, and components for self-service experiences.
Knowledge of platform security and regional HR compliance.
