Description

You will develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and catalog items.
• Develop flows and subflows using Flow Designer, implementing notifications, approval workflows, event triggers, and SLA definitions.
• Integrate HRSD with external systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics to monitor platform adoption and collaborate with HR stakeholders and Scrum teams.
• Create custom widgets, portals, and components for self-service experiences while ensuring platform security and regional HR compliance.

Required Skills

• 3-7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 1-2 years focused on HRSD module implementation with CSA, CIS-HRSD, and CAD certifications.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in utilizing REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to create custom widgets, portals, and components for self-service experiences.
• Knowledge of platform security and regional HR compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with product owners and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Proven track record of implementing scalable HR solutions.
