Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on HRSD and CSM instances.

You will work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage user interfaces using UIBuilder and Portal development.
• Configure automated processes including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.
• Implement and manage Performance Analytics to track system data.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in UIBuilder and Portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Conversant in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM) across multiple instances.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integration methods.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and MID server APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
