Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans, key milestones, and high-level architecture for HRSD deployment.
• Design user journeys and create user stories for the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities across the HRSD lifecycle.
• Identify requirement gaps and technical debt to mitigate risks within the ServiceNow environment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Logic and Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, and Virtual Agent Conversations.
• Experience with Portal Widgets, REST Integrations, and Flow Designer Flows.
• Hands-on expertise with Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, and Employee Relations.
• Experience configuring Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding), Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of HR experience.
