Description

Design and build AI-assisted workflows for HR service use cases, including case routing, guided resolution, and knowledge recommendations.

You will own the full development lifecycle for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) components, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with HRIS, IAM, and eSignature systems.

Responsibilities

• Build complex automations using Flow Designer, reusable subflows, and approval workflows.
• Develop and configure HR Case Management, COEs, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
• Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Transform Maps.
• Create scoped applications with App Engine Studio, managing scripting and data models.
• Partner with HR and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in HRSD, Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong integration skills with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience handling sensitive HR data and applying strict security best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft, AWS, or SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with HRIS and IAM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Agents, Virtual Agent, and intelligent routing.
• Familiarity with HRSD integrations with SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Advanced Work Assignment.
