Description

You will manage the full software development lifecycle for complex ServiceNow HRSD solutions, from design and development to deployment and platform upgrades.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using LDAP, REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Build custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.
• Implement advanced workflows, business rules, and user interfaces to automate employee lifecycle events.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of specific ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and JavaScript scripting.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP, REST, SOAP, and APIs for system integration.
• Experience configuring automated workflows for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ability to manage the full SDLC from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR).
