Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications and processes on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). You will own the architecture of HRSD solutions including HR case management, enterprise onboarding, HR integrations, employee center, and HR taxonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OOTB and custom ServiceNow applications, ensuring robust integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud via SOAP/REST.
• Build and maintain the HRSD Employee Portal and mobile application, enhancing user experience and functionality.
• Develop and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS.
• Test new and existing functionality, document processes, and train end users on platform capabilities.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in HRSD module development, including HR case management and employee center configuration.
• Proficiency in Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS for custom widget creation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with the Now mobile app and cross-browser testing.
• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification.
• Understanding of software development processes and Agile/SCRUM methods.
