Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on HRSD and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure UI changes, workflows, reports, and data imports within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop Service Request process flows using Service Catalog, workflows, events, and notifications.
• Design and implement Service Portals and custom applications using AngularJS and platform tools.
• Integrate internal and external systems using SOAP and REST web services.
• Create technical design documentation and perform system and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in Glide Script, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Proven experience with HRSD framework, including Case Routing, Security, and HR criteria.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, Performance Analytics, ITBM, and App-Engine for Scoped Applications.
• Ability to design, develop, and support web-based applications.
• Capability to manage multiple overlapping projects independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Portal customization and advanced reporting modules.
