Description

You will lead ServiceNow HRSD projects through the full lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRSD work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
• Document baseline HR Service Delivery operations and current state processes with stakeholders.
• Define user journeys and create user stories for Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
• Execute system validation and manage the transition of HRSD builds into production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration.
• Experience designing and configuring the ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Proficiency in Knowledge Management implementation.
• Experience with Case Management capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage project risks and mitigate issues within an agile framework.
• Strong background in HR Service Delivery operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing detailed implementation plans, including milestones, architecture, and scope.
