Description

Design, develop, and administer ServiceNow applications and integrations for the HRSD module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain uni-directional and bi-directional ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Inbound Email Actions, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists.
• Manage application migrations across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
• Execute performance tuning, implement bug fixes, and handle enhancement requests.
• Lead client calls and manage Business Impact Analysis, IT Service Continuity Management, and SLA Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (Uni-directional and Bi-directional).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, specifically Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Pages, and Inbound Email Actions.
• Proven ability in performance tuning and following coding best practices.
• Experience managing SLA, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and Change Impact Analysis.
• Strong client communication skills for leading technical calls.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with HRSD case management.
