Description

You will own the development, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, specifically HRSD, ITSM, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Build and maintain features within the ServiceNow Service Portal and EC Portal.
• Execute end-to-end implementations for ServiceNow modules.
• Manage portal development and integration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of hands-on development and configuration on the ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with EC Portal Development.
• Direct experience completing at least one end-to-end ServiceNow module implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
