Description

Lead technical implementation and workflow design for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical strategy for ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Implement and manage end-to-end HR service delivery workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services.
• Develop custom scripts to address specific HR business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Hands-on experience with CICS.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP protocols.
• Experience with Web Services integration.
• Strong scripting capabilities for platform customization.
• Knowledge of HR service delivery processes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
