Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance ServiceNow HRSD business workflows and applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations and solutions.
• Configure and maintain HR Service Delivery processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, workflow issues, data issues, and integration-related problems.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support Core Business Workflows, including HRSD and related enterprise processes.
• Participate in testing, validation, releases, and production support.
• Document configurations, processes, issues, resolutions, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• HR workflows and business process knowledge.
• ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript.
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Service Catalog.
• Employee Center / HR Service Delivery.
• ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.
• Incident and problem troubleshooting.
• Testing and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow Core Business Workflows.
• Source-to-Pay / procurement workflow experience.
• Legal Operations workflow experience.
• IntegrationHub / MID Server.
• REST/SOAP APIs.
• ServiceNow ATF.
• CMDB.
• ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
• Agile/Scrum experience
