ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions for client environments.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions and roadmaps for HRSD domains to guide project execution teams.
• Lead work streams and manage non-complex project components to meet technical deliverables.
• Configure architecture and advise engineering teams on efficient implementation and system performance tuning.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides.
• Oversee core HRSD functionalities such as HR Services, COE, HR Lifecycle events, and Manager Hub.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with expert-level proficiency in the ServiceNow HRSD product line.
• Current HRSD CIS and Suite certifications.
• Hands-on experience configuring Employee Center branding, taxonomies, HRSD workspace, and Virtual Agent.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform scripting using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, and AngularJS.
• Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and HR applications like Workday, UKG Pro, or Rippling.
• Technical knowledge of SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
• Ability to perform UI updates, including creating and customizing portal widgets.
• Experience implementing SDLC processes within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Must be open to travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
