Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. You own the implementation of complex HR processes, employee journeys, and workspace customizations. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with external HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure HRSD solutions, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, and Agent Workspace.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and HR platforms like Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Develop and maintain Employee Center or Employee Center Pro portals.
• Build reports, dashboards, and agent chat functionalities to support HR operations.
• Document solution designs and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Mobile App configuration for HRSD.
• Demonstrable experience with complex HR use cases in utilities, telecom, or healthcare industries.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
