Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for complex HR processes and employee journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure HRSD solutions, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, and Agent Workspace customizations.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external HR platforms like Workday and SuccessFactors using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Develop and maintain Employee Center or Employee Center Pro portals.
• Build reports, dashboards, and agent chat functionalities to support HR operations.
• Document solution designs and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Mobile App configuration for HRSD.
• Demonstrable experience with complex HR use cases in utilities, telecom, or healthcare industries.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
