Description

Lead the solution architecture and technical delivery of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end employee workflows and digital HR experiences using ServiceNow.
• Architect and configure HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and self-service portals.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM.
• Ensure technical adherence to best practices for system stability and scalability.
• Mentor development teams on HRSD-specific configurations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of recent experience in ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience across at least two additional ServiceNow modules (WSD, ITOM, or CSM).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional certification.
• Platform micro-certifications relevant to HR or IT operations.
