Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform within the Grand Rapids area.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, and debug system and application programs following the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Review functional requirements and design documents to provide technical feedback.
• Collaborate with development staff and participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow as a platform.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portfolio and Business Planning.
• Experience with Service Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Program Management.
• Hands-on work with Resource Management, Demand Management, and Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in Service Portal and Innovation Management.
• Experience with Alignment Planner Workspace and Strategic Spend Tracking.
• Knowledge of Time Card Management, Test Management, and Business Planning Portal.
• Experience managing Technology Portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
