Description

Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and migration of the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical implementation and migration plans for ServiceNow ITSM.
• Install, configure, and customize platform elements including business rules, UI policies, workflows, playbooks, and tables.
• Migrate configurations, user access, and service requests from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Build inbound and outbound data exchanges between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Execute unit testing, UAT, and stress test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with XML and structured programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing ServiceNow reports and Playbooks.
• Proven experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Remedy ITSM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow NowAssist.
