Description

You will manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and provide technical mentoring to developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow customizations, including Script Includes and Business Rules.
• Implement integrations using LDAP, SSO, MFA, Web Services, REST, and JDBC.
• Execute system performance tuning and manage high-security settings.
• Lead technical requirement gathering workshops and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades and maintain system scalability and upgradability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, SLM, and Reporting.
• Experience with Non-ITSM applications: ITBM, ITFM, HRM, CSM, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, and ServiceNow Scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Angular JS, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Understanding of DBMS concepts and ServiceNow Platform and Cloud architecture.
• Proven track record with at least 2 ServiceNow deployment projects or instance maintenance.
• ServiceNow System Administration and Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Discovery and Orchestration integrations.
