Description

You will own the ServiceNow Incident Management platform, configuring workflows and building automation for incident identification, notification, assignment, and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow to support major incident management processes.
• Develop automation solutions for incident workflows and escalation.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and response procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting and platform configuration.
• Proven ability in ServiceNow design and deployment.
• Expertise in major incident management workflows, including notification and escalation automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for ServiceNow Major Incident modules.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
