Description

You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end IT process automation using the ServiceNow enterprise platform. Your focus is on workflow-driven automation that enables self-service, reduces manual effort, and improves operational efficiency across IT and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript for server-side and client-side scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Develop PowerShell and Python scripts to automate infrastructure, system administration, and operational tasks.
• Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation, integration, and scripting issues while ensuring security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow development, automation, and integration.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on integrations including AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions: APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, and REST APIs.
• Advanced scripting proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with GitHub and version control practices.

Preferred Skills

• Backend SQL Server development experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM framework and CMDB.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Performance Analytics.
