Description

You will own the design, delivery, and operational readiness of ServiceNow integrations to ensure scalable, standardized, and supportable connectivity across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce standard integration patterns (event-based, API-led, async vs sync) for ServiceNow to enterprise systems.
• Rationalize existing integrations across converging instances into a target state architecture aligned with data, security, and error handling standards.
• Drive end-to-end delivery by coordinating with internal system owners (SAP, HR, Data Lake) and vendors to establish clear integration contracts.
• Partner with DevOps and Testing Leads to define integration testing strategies and establish monitoring, logging, and alerting standards.
• Own the ServiceNow data architecture, including core tables, reference data, relationships, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow integration design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data architecture, core tables, and data governance.
• Experience integrating with SAP, HR platforms, and Data Lake solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and integration testing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendor relationships.
• Experience with data model analysis and resolving data inconsistencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
• Knowledge of data convergence and golden instance architectures.
