You will design, implement, and optimize complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations ensuring seamless data flow.
- Automate processes by building scalable integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions.
- Optimize existing ServiceNow integrations for performance and stability.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 5+ years focused on integrations.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 protocols.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
