You will design, implement, and optimize complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Automate processes by building scalable integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions.
• Optimize existing ServiceNow integrations for performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 5+ years focused on integrations.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 protocols.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
