Description

You will build and manage complex integrations within the ServiceNow platform, connecting internal systems with external tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub Spokes, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and MID Server.
• Develop ServiceNow logic including Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps, and Flows using JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as Ansible, vRA, Teams, SharePoint, and Splunk.
• Utilize ServiceNow Orchestration to automate workflows and business processes.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all integration builds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow integration experience.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills for platform development.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency with data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Experience with data transformation techniques.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Kafka.
• Any Graduate degree.
