Description

You will develop and maintain integrations within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM discovery, vulnerability orchestration, and API development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ITOM Discovery for on-premises and cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
• Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities and manage endpoint workflows.
• Develop operational and governance dashboards using Power BI for vulnerability posture visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience administering, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and upgrading ServiceNow.
• 4+ years of focused ServiceNow development experience, particularly with integrations.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including REST, SOAP, Web Services, APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC.
• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Scripts.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, or PowerShell.
