Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations to enhance IT Service Delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities.
  • Define workflows to manage infrastructure vulnerabilities outside the CMDB.
  • Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards in Power BI for vulnerability posture visibility.
  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for on-premise and cloud resources.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and upgrading the ServiceNow platform.
  • 4+ years focused on ServiceNow development, particularly integrations.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions: REST, SOAP, Web Services, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Security Rules.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript and Angular.js.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub for automation.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
  • Experience implementing REST API integrations with AWS and Azure.
