Description

You will develop and maintain integrations and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM Discovery and vulnerability management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery for on-premises and cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
• Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities.
• Define workflows to manage vulnerabilities for endpoints and IPs not mapped in the CMDB.
• Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to track vulnerability posture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience administering, configuring, and upgrading the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience with a focus on integrations.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions: REST, SOAP, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSO, SAML.
• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflow/Flow Designer, UI Pages, Business Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Angular.js or Perl/PowerShell.
• Functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB.
• Experience implementing REST API integration with AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM framework and ability to create custom reports.
