Description

You will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and integration solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities.
• Define workflows to manage vulnerabilities for endpoints and IPs outside the CMDB.
• Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to track vulnerability posture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience administering, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and upgrading the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience developing within ServiceNow, focusing on integrations.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience developing ServiceNow components: Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, Business Scripts, Script Includes, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB.
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM framework.
• Bachelor's degree required.
