Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow integrations and ITOM discovery solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for on-premise and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
• Develop operational and governance dashboards in Power BI to track vulnerability posture.
• Implement orchestration for scanning and remediating container-based vulnerabilities.
• Define workflows to manage vulnerabilities for endpoints and IPs outside the CMDB.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years administering, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow.
• 4+ years focused on ServiceNow development with integrations.
• Extensive experience with REST, SOAP, Web Services, APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular.js.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub for automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for vulnerability tracking and remediation dashboards.
• Background in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and container security.
