Description

You will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow integrations and ITOM Discovery solutions for on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for AWS and Azure resources.
• Develop integration solutions using ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Orchestrate scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities.
• Create operational dashboards in Power BI to visualize vulnerability posture and remediation progress.
• Define processes to manage endpoints and IP addresses not mapped to the CMDB.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts).
• Experience with ServiceNow components: Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Security Rules.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow CSDM framework.
