Description

You will develop and maintain integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery for on-premise and cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
  • Define and implement workflows to manage vulnerabilities for endpoints and IP addresses outside the CMDB.
  • Implement orchestration for scanning and remediating container-based vulnerabilities.
  • Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards in Power BI to track vulnerability posture and remediation.

Required Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience administering, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and upgrading ServiceNow.
  • 4+ years focused on ServiceNow development with integrations.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions: REST, SOAP, Web Services, APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular.js.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
  • Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub for automation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
